Noel S. Wheeler, President & CEO
noel_156Joined CLP in 1999. Almost 40 years experience in the global staffing industry, serving at the executive level in the U.S., Canada, Australia, Asia and Europe.

Founded Kelly Services' International Division in the mid 1980's, growing the division to more than $600 million in revenue, with over 200 branches in 15 countries, over a period of 10 years.

President and COO of a $500 million, wholly owned staffing subsidiary of Fluor Daniel Inc., a Fortune 100 engineering and construction company.
Clint Bennett, Vice President, West Division
clint_156 Joined CLP in June 1993 as a branch staffing supervisor; progressed through branch, area and regional management ranks within the Northern California Region.

As regional manager from 1999 through 2003, built the region into the company's largest profit center.

Currently serves as division vice president for branch operations for CLP's California, Pacific Northwest, Intermountain West and Southwest regions.
 
Michael Flaherty, Vice President, Information Technology & Logistics
michael_156Joined CLP in 2005. Began his career as a systems analyst with Dow Chemical North America and advanced to programmer and systems analyst roles with other firms in the IT field.

Served nine years with HydroChem Industrial Services, Inc., where he was responsible for all technology infrastructure, help desk support, application development and Oracle ERP.

Earned his bachelor's degree in accounting and management information systems at University of Texas at San Antonio and executive MBA from University of Houston.
Dotti Gallagher, Vice President, Marketing
dotti_156Joined CLP in 2003. More than 20 years experience in marketing, advertising, public relations and sales management in both corporate and agency settings including U.S. Bank, First Interstate Bank and British Petroleum.

Currently serves as CLP's Vice President of Marketing, with responsibility for overall marketing strategy as well as brand management and website presence.

Graduate of University of Nevada, Reno with a master's degree in communications. Active leader in many community organizations; former president of A2N2 and PRSA.
Bud Little, Chief Financial Officer
bud_156Joined CLP in 2000. Over 29 years of financial experience, 17 as chief financial officer of both publicly held and private services companies.

Prior to joining CLP, served as executive vice president, president and chief financial officer of $230 million industrial services company.

Completed over $1 billion in successful equity and debt financings and restructurings.

Implemented financial systems and controls at four different companies and completed 28 acquisitions and divestitures.

Graduate of Texas A&M University, with a bachelor's degree in economics and an M.B.A. in finance. He is also a CPA.
Dustin Marchand, Vice President, Project Trades Solutions
dustin_156Joined CLP in 2007. Over 12 years in the construction and manufacturing industries.

Most recently held a management role for a large construction staffing firm, responsible for increasing industrial revenue by 330%.

Currently heads CLP's traveling tradespeople division.
Holds a CMBA from Tulane University.
Patty Musolf, Vice President, East Division
patty_156Joined CLP in 2004. Began her staffing career with Olsten Staffing Services in 1990, progressing from account executive to general manager.

Served more than four years with Volt Services Group as Regional Vice President, Southeast and Carribean regions.

Currently serves as Division Vice President for CLP's New England, NY Mid-Atlantic, Southeast, Texas and Florida regions.
Wade States, Director, Planning & Analysis
wade_156Joined CLP in 2003. Began his career as a Financial Analyst for a small start-up company in Seattle, supporting senior management in forecasting and investor presentations.

Began working as a contractor for CLP in 2001, hired full time as Senior Financial Analyst in 2003. Currently oversees all of CLP's financial analysis and long range planning, including sales and profit forecasting.

Holds a B.A. in Finance from the University of Nevada, Reno.
Merirae Tackett, Director, Strategic Programs
merirae_156Joined CLP in 2000. Entered her staffing industry career in 1996 as a recruiter in Reno, NV, quickly moved up the ranks into the roles of sales person, manager, ultimately becoming the owner/managing partner of an Orlando-based national accounting and finance staffing company.

Prior to staffing, her career included nearly 20 years in sales and operations within the automotive and wholesale distribution industries.

Currently oversees branch expansion efforts and other strategic projects within CLP.
Frank Troppe, Vice President, Sales

frank_156Joined CLP in 2008.  More than 20 years of broad-based staffing industry experience and five years working with Miller Heiman to help introduce Strategic Selling, Large Account Management Process, Conceptual Selling and Channel Partner Management.  Author of three books and a regular columnist for Staffing Industry Analysts.

Currently leads CLP's sales effort, working closely with its sales managers and strategic accounts staff to target national key accounts with smart staffing solutions.

Graduate of Northwestern University and holds his Juris Doctorate from Loyola University of Chicago Law School.
